Terms & Conditions: ViserHost 30-day money back guarantee

  1. The ViserHost 30-day money-back guarantee ('the Guarantee') applies to all contract types for the following Web Hosting and Email Hosting products; Start, Grow, Scale, Pro, Ignite, Momentum and Ultimate Web Hosting packages, WordPress Hosting, Website Builder and eshop, Performance Hosting, Marketing Radar, Standard Email and Hosted Exchange 2019 email hosting products.
  2. The Guarantee does not apply to any other ViserHost Services and in particular does not apply to; Office 365, Dedicated Servers, Virtual Private Servers, Bare Metal Servers, Reseller accounts, Online Backup, Online Storage, Listing Manager, SEO Manager, Ads Manager and Domain Names.
  3. Any request for cancellation pursuant to the Guarantee, must be received within 30 days of the initial order being placed. This must be done by contacting the cancellation team.
  4. In order to qualify for the Guarantee, any request for cancellation must include the following information; Full name of account holder, ViserHost account number, email address, telephone number and reason for cancellation.
  5. The Guarantee does not include the refund of any additional costs including Domain name Registration Fees. Any refunds given will be minus the list price of the selected domain name extension.
  6. Each customer can only use the Guarantee once and for one account only.
  7. The Guarantee only applies to the your initial purchase and no refunds will be given for any additional or optional Services added by the Customer including upgrades, downgrades or product transfers.
  8. The Guarantee is not available where the Customer has breached any part of the ViserHost General Terms & Conditions or whose account has been suspended or terminated as a result of any such breach.
  9. ViserHost reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the Guarantee at any time and without notice to you.
  10. Refunds are contingent upon the identification of verifiable issues within our services. If no such issues are discovered by ViserHost within the specified period, refunds may not be available. This includes cases where the customer's dissatisfaction is not attributed to service-related shortcomings.
